Product description
The Ashoka Tree is a symbol of love & the remover of sorrow. Since nature is so well designed, it is hard to not just copy. So rather than a direct resemblance, the chair is an abstraction of two long leaves. They are then imagined intersecting with each other one forming the seat & the other the back. The body of the chair has been hand-carved from the locally grown Indian Teak famous for its inherent beautiful grains & texture. Then the wood has been French polished green to resemble the real leaf. The dining chair is deceptively comfortable and is a beautiful piece of ergonomics. More Unique pieces
