Quai Sud launches a range of organic spiced rum mixes in recycled glass carafes. Pour 70 cl of white rum and 2 spoons of cane sugar or honey into the carafe. Let macerate 3 weeks. Filter. Degustation tips: in ti'punch, with 1/4 of lime and a dash of cane sugar syrup, or in all rum cocktails: planter, mojito, piña colada ... Perfect for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, pancake batter, rum babas...
