Product description
ISHIGUMI, Michel Amar's new collection explores, between landscape and poetic reuse, the spirit of Japanese gardens through the prism of forgotten materials. This word refers to an essential practice in the creation of Japanese gardens: the art of arranging rocks, considered to be founding elements of the landscape. The ISHIGUMI collection also explores the material itself through the exclusive use of reused materials. Basalt, slate, natural alabaster were chosen as much for their poetic resonance as for their environmental integrity.
