The Flambeur 60 reinvents the wood-burning oven: it integrates a real mass fireplace — power, inertia and culinary performance — in a case with contemporary curves that make it a real design object. Its cooking surface (diameter 60 cm) offers great versatility, from high heat to simmering, with a heat that lasts more than 24 hours, once the flame is off. Made of volcanic soil from Ardèche in our factory, in Haute-Provence, it embodies 50 years of know-how. Available in 2 sizes and 3 colors.
