CUBEX undertakes the restoration and sensitive reinterpretation of kitchens within heritage buildings, including listed and protected properties. Our approach is one of precision and restraint: respecting the architecture, proportions and original spirit of a place, while integrating contemporary requirements for everyday use. At Villa Westhinder (1931, Henry van de Velde), we created a kitchen “as if it had always been there”, developed in close dialogue with the project team and executed with meticulous attention to detail.
