The Ankarsrum Original makes it possible to produce small and large quantities of dough (7L vat). The kneading of the dough is optimal, it reproduces the movement of kneading by hand. The roller acts like "fingers" and the scraper does the work of the palm, while the stainless steel bowl rotates. Equipped with a timer, this robot offers the possibility to plan the kneading time. Powerful it is equipped with a 1500 W motor, it kneads easily up to 5 kg of dough. Many culinary preparation accessories are available (blender, chopper, vegetable cutter, ...).Product specifications
