Product description
Our accessory collection reinterprets the aesthetic sensibility of the Hittite civilization through a contemporary lens. Inspired by religious, mythological, and natural elements of the era, the designs embrace strong symbolism and intricate craftsmanship.Geometric forms such as circles, spirals, and triangles — once seen as representations of cosmic order and the universe — are central to the collection. In Hittite culture, objects were bold and monumental, serving not only functional purposes but also symbolizing status, power, and spiritual belief.Metalwork was highly refined, with embossing and engraving techniques now nearly forgotten in Anatolia. Drawing from this heritage, we sought to create pieces that bridge past and present, capturing the essence of Hittite artistry in a contemporary form. The tray’s hand-engraved silver surface is inspired by motifs used in sacred offerings, traditionally associated with wishes of abundance and prosperity within the home.Small Tray Size: 35x25x6 cmLarge Tray Size: 45x35x6 cmTray with hand-engraved detailing, finished with 33-micron 999 fine silver plating. Suitable as a decorative tabletop object or serving tray. Indoor use only; clean with a soft dry cloth.Product specifications
