Since 2011, we have been developing a series of Sculptures Stools, where each piece explores the balance between art and function. Made as a single piece or in small series, they share a strong signature: a base composed of three patinated crude steel bands, both graphic and structuring. Here, the seat of this Sculpture Stool is composed of 10 round elements in patinated brass, offering a sculptural presence. The legs, made of patinated raw steel, anchor the piece with character. This work was made to order, in the Ateliers de la Maison Pouenat, in Moulins, France.
