The GEST 11 brass cabinet knob is a hand-carved detail, cast using traditional techniques, that serves not only as a functional furniture fitting but, above all, as a unique decorative feature. Its form was created by the Polish sculptor Krzysztof Renes, who sought to express the closeness between people and objects, as well as the relationships they share in everyday life.The carved indentations reveal how objects can retain traces of human presence and the marks of a subtle touch.
