Liberation

Liberation reflects the moment when individual transformation becomes a collective movement. The ceramic form rises from within a mirrored bowl, symbolizing people emerging from a shared interior space, history, pressure, silence. The bowl acts as a field of reflection, multiplying the form and suggesting how one act of change is never isolated.Each gesture within the sculpture leans on another. No form stands alone. Like people in a revolution, they are connected through tension, support, and mutual dependence. Movement in one part creates motion in the whole. The mirrors fragment and repeat this relationship endlessly, reinforcing how personal awakening can ripple out into collective change.This work understands revolution not as sudden rupture, but as an accumulation of inner shifts, where reflection turns into awareness, awareness into solidarity, and solidarity into transformation.
