Nevertheless, new production facilities have been established, allowing Aleppian artisans to continue preserving the region's olive-growing heritage and traditional soap-making expertise.Our partner, whose family remains partly in Aleppo, rebuilt a skilled technical team and reorganised an artisanal soap factory 70 km north of Aleppo, in Turkey.
