This pot was designed after a thorough study of different cooking methods. Its distinctive shape ensures precise pouring as well as excellent draining. The opening between the lid and the body of the pot can be adjusted by rotating the lid. A larger opening limits overflows, while a smaller opening makes it easier to control the flow of liquids, especially soups. This model is made of 18/8 stainless steel (not compatible with induction plates), or trilaminated stainless steel (stainless steel/aluminium/stainless steel), compatible with induction plates (IH). The heat is distributed evenly, which prevents food from sticking to the bottom of the container. This product is compatible with gas stovetops and induction stovetops (IH 200 V).
