"Dinner in town 2/4 - Oh, is this new here?” Painting created for my solo exhibition Itadakimasu at Outré Gallery in Melbourne, Australia. This series of 4 paintings has as characters Yû and Rei, 2 little gourmet ghosts who head for a restaurant and make a few stops along the way. In this image, they are stopped in front of a soba restaurant called Chonmage Soba (chonmage is the name of the samurai hairdo).
