Rayung, an Indonesian natural fiber, dances here in a solar circle, woven by hand, a symbol of balance and freedom. Each strand was chosen, cleaned, caressed, before being fixed in a movement that evokes the sea, the hair of the wind, or the whisper of a summer that never ends. Suspended alone, the piece imposes its presence. Combined with others, it composes a constellation of materials and shadows, like an ancient ritual in a contemporary interior. Made in Rayung, it measures 95 x 85 x 1 cm, a dimension that allows it to shine alone as in a larger wall composition.
