The shape of the Light Gradient is inspired by scientific devices called refrigerants, coolers that are usually designed to channel and flow. Here, this principle is diverted: instead of causing a gas or liquid to circulate, it is light that passes through the room. A luminous line perforates the glass envelope, running through it from side to side. By diffusing through the glass, the light highlights the blown volumes, creating gradations that follow and highlight their shapes. The lamp thus becomes a passage space, where light behaves like a fluid, highlighting the transparency of the material.
