A monolith that the whole living room gathers around. Monolith Grey is a round coffee table 150 cm across, with a 5 cm thick top, in which ancient bog oak — from deposits radiocarbon-dated to around 6,000 years — meets grey-toned resin. The oak keeps its natural, undyed black, formed over millennia in water and earth; the grey resin softens the contrast and gives the top an architectural calm. A matte finish lets the structure of the wood speak rather than reflections. Its large, low form anchors the space — by a sofa, in a lounge, at the heart of conversation. A piece that cannot be repeated: the grain of the oak and the flow of the resin belong to this one table alone. ✦ Craftsmanship Handmade in the Zona di Lusso studio in Poland · Ancient bog oak in its natural, undyed black · Every piece has its own grain — small differences are a feature of the material, not a flaw ✦ Care Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and wipe dry · Place hot dishes on mats · Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and harsh cleaning agents Atelier In the Zona di Lusso atelier, we create unique interior furnishings and objects — dining tables, coffee tables, consoles, mirrors, decorative objects and forms designed for exceptional spaces.
