Mirrored serving tray with oak frame. Honey-colored oak with a dry patina. The frame draws a rectangle with cut sides. Two chromed metal tube handles, mounted on oak slats with knocked corners. The back, closed by a fibreboard, protects the back side from the glass. Probably manufactured in the 1930s or 1940s. The geometry of the frame and the combination of wood and chromed metal are part of the Art Deco vocabulary, which was very present in the tableware of this period. This tray can be placed on a coffee table, a buffet or a bar, to serve the aperitif or to present bottles and candle holders.
