The Eclipse series of limited edition prints explores contrast - in geometric and organic form, clarity and opacity, turbulence and calm. The original color studies are handpainted using natural pigment, with ground charcoal and mineral-rich silt from the East River NY and the Thames diffusing the colour and adding raw texture. Sets of prints are naturally created as the hand-mixed colors weave through the series. Printed in archival inks on heavy 100% cotton paper to conserve the depth and texture of the original.
