Eager to work with raw earth, (a very old material that appears because of its low energy balance as a material of tomorrow) Barbadine Design contacts the company Josse, French company of living heritage. Josse's team presents his wine racks in clay, the "argicrus". He will then imagine the series "CRU" with the very crude sculptural style. The earth: crafted, rough and imperfect is magnified by the perfection of industrial aluminum. From this marriage of opposites arise primitive geometrical objects.
