Another technology announced by Coravin, an aerator attaching directly to the Coravin system allowing to bring out aromas of wine by the oxygenant instantly. The wine served directly to the glass breathes fully without having to be decanted for a long time, and the wine remaining in the bottle continues its natural blossoming.
