Product description
Instrument builder are rare in Africa. Generally, the musician makes, with the greatest care, his own instrument according to his needs and his personality. Present throughout Sub-Saharan Africa, the Sanza, emblematic musical instruments, are the archetypes of this type of objects. We present in this collection a very wide variety of old sanza, most of which come from contries belonging to the Congo and Zambezi ’s bassins and to the Tanzanian plains. Touching objects, with deep use patina, witnesses of an ancestral tradition.
