Newspaper holder 50 cm, original viennese design

Until a few years ago, a family business founded 1867 in Vienna supplied cafés, restaurants and private collectors with newspaper holders. However, aged 90 the owner decided to shut down the production. This is where we took over. Not only are we using most of his tools and machines - we also took on the responsibility to con- tinue manufacturing with consistent quality and authenticity. It is our desire to keep this piece of Vienna’s history alive and accessible to people. At the forefront of our motivation is not the practical use of having a holder for oversized broadsheet newspapers.
