Entirely made in our workshops in Escoutoux, the guillotine SO APERO l'Originale is made of glued laminated beech. It has a microtoothed blade labeled Esprit de Thiers guarantee quality. It comes in several shapes, several sizes (model GOLIATH - model PLATEAU) but also paperstone (material made from old recycled paper). It allows you to effortlessly cut sausage, bread, vegetables, fruits etc... It undoubtedly brings a strong conviviality during meals or aperitifs with family or friends.
