Product description
To develop the BLANC gourmet range, porcelain manufacturer FÜRSTENBERG cooperated with representatives from German haute cuisine. They are Sven Elverfeld, star-rated chef Nils Henkel and star-rated chef Tim Raue, who runs his own restaurant in Berlin. These professional chefs know from their own experience what is required from high-quality tableware in a gourmet restaurant. Their ideas were implemented by designer Mikaela Dörfel and realised with the utmost precision and craftsmanship by FÜRSTENBERG’s highly experienced porcelain specialists. More Formal plates
