Product description
Contemporary black and white ceramic globe vase, Boule Strate. The striped motif is graphic and modern, yet remains natural and organic, suggestive of an exotic fruit or a sea-urchin shell. The distinctive crackles of the raku technique make the piece vibrate with intensity. The black areas are carefully textured, one dot at a time. The raku glaze, applied with a brush, enhances the graphic stripe motif.
