High-quality extra virgin olive oil produced only through mechanical pressing. We only use organic olives.This oil has a fruity flavour and a grassy tinge of tomato and artichoke. It's great with salad, with raw or cooked fish, soups, vegetables and roast beef. We highly recommend to use it simply on bruschetta bread with fresh tomato and basil.
