A gourmet and crunchy cocoa shortbread in a small case with a refined and elegant design. We offer a full range of small shortbread in cases of the most gourmet flavours; chocolate, caramel, tonka bean, fruity flavours; raspberry and apricot. The recipe for the Fameux Petit Sablé is passed down from generation to generation in Sablé-sur-Sarthe. The pastry chefs of La Sablésienne use noble ingredients from our region such as good fresh butter, chickens eggs raised in the open air. Our cookies are colour-free, preservative-free, no additives.
