Its 3-layer thermo-diffuser base: stainless steel/aluminium/stainless steel allows a total diffusion of heat throughout the body, from the bottom to the walls in a fast and homogeneous way. Ideal for grasping meats, the taste of each food is preserved during and after cooking. Cook healthily with CRISTEL stainless steel stoves and save space in your storage with the removable concept.
