Derived from the traditional weaving and embroidery skills that have been passed down through generations of Doi Tung ethnic communities, DoiTung home textiles are inspired by hill-tribe traditional costumes and fully crafted by hands from natural fibres signifying local wisdom and skills of the people in Doi Tung. The Doi Tung Development Project provides opportunities for women to utilise their skill to earn a supplementary income for their families, restoring pride and dignity to the elderly.
