This very rare honey is harvested in April in Provence. The white heather gives off a caramel scent and comes in the form of bushes with evergreen leaves. White heather honey is much sought after by connoisseurs, including many starred chefs who use it in their gourmet dishes. This honey is recognized for its many virtues.
