Product description

Pair of handmade sisal placemats. Made by hand by rural artisans in south-eastern Kenya from sisal material, following traditional Taita weaving techniques. The mats also look great as wall decorations. Each of our placemat sets comes with the name and photo of the craftswoman who made it. Hadithi Crafts empowers over 1800 female artisans in Tsavo, rural Kenya. We offer unique pairs of placemats in 5 colourways. Classic home (black, brown, natural), Indian ocean (blue), Tsavo sunrise (orange, yellow), Green bush (green) and Baby bright (pink).
