Very nice leather bag including 3 Jean Dubost's 1920 kitchen knives + 1 sharpener, PEFC certified oak handles. Stainless steel blades thickness: paring and slicer1.5 mm; kitchen knife 2.0 mm, blade length: office 8 cm; slicer 10.5 cm; kitchen 15.0 cm. Made in our workshops, near Thiers, France. Jean Dubost, eco-responsible by nature, designs knives with wooden handles certified PEFC (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification).
