Product description
Ifé head made of wood covered with multicolored glass paste beads. These sculptures represent the chiefs and figures of the Bamiléké in western Cameroon. They are inspired by Nigeria's Ifé bronze heads. In western Cameroon, many tribes use glass beads to enrich the decoration of objects reserved for village chiefs and notables (masks, furniture and statuary).
