Nestled at the base of NYC's Seagram Building, the Lobster Club is the first restaurant in the United States to be designed by Peter Marino Architect. Here, our Mini Basketweave Worktop in Blush can be found in the back kitchen while you dine on matching placemats. Developed to address the functional and aesthetic demands of professional kitchens, the Worktop is a turn-key solution for the daily task of preparing the pass. This process typically involves using masking tape to affix a linen covering (usually a surplus tablecloth) to each pass top, creating a clean, stable surface for plating and pick-up.
