Industville X Brick & Liquor Clapham
A "cosy balance of industrial and chic”!
Having worked together on the highly successful Tooting based bar, Brick and Liquor have returned to Industville to help furnish their second bar in Clapham. Working with Design At Source, specialists in the design of commercial interiors and architecture across the retail and leisure industry, they have helped Brick & Liquor take inspiration from the loft bar scene of Manhattan. Wanting to emulate the same energy and vibe into the London cocktail scene. Brick and Liquor admit they were obsessed with getting the perfect two-tier style bar, allowing their customers the best view of their bartenders working their magic with the cocktail shakers and glasses. Lining the length of the bar are the Brooklyn 13 Inch Dome Pendant lights in a bold brass finish with the chain option wire, which offers the chic balance in the “cosy balance of industrial and chic” description Brick & Liquor have given themselves.Throughout the main entrance of the bar area, the Brooklyn Vintage Giant Step Pendant, one of the largest shades in the Industville range is in full visual, casting a welcoming golden glow, capturing the eye of passers-by encouraging them inside. The Giant Step Pendant lights in a bold brass finish with the chain option wire. Created and crafted with the 1920’s Industrial style in mind, combined perfectly with the raw materials on show. Elsewhere in the bar, a number of Industville’s Orlando Cylinder Wire Cage Retro Sconce Wall Light fittings illuminates the exposed brickwork and distressed wooden floor. Adding to the Manhattan feel of the bar. “We found Industville's range of brass pendants and leather stools suited that style perfectly.” Within the main bar area, two styles of Industville’s vintage barstools can be found. The Leather Seated Turner and Tall stools can be occupied by customers lavishing in fancy cocktails and beautiful food. With plenty of atmosphere in both bars, Brick & Liquor is a must for any London based cocktail fan. IMAGE CREDITS: Brick & Liquor Clapham, Industville, Photographed by Andy Haslam
