A villa with a view
Situated on the flanks of the pine-covered hills, far from the partying scene of Ibiza, lies this remarkable signature villa: white, spacious and bright, blending with the stunning panoramic view of the so-called ‘white isle’. The famous island owes this name to the typical Ibizan architecture, a combination of fortified churches and traditional country houses with white limestone-covered façades. Thanks to its muted colour and minimalist design, the contemporary villa fits right into the island’s legacy. Soaked in luxury Built on a 2,500 m² hillside plot, the villa consists of three levels and a separate guesthouse in the lower area of the property. Between the two buildings, there is an expansive pool area with various terraces offering enough space for classy sun loungers, daybeds, and a comfy outdoor sofa area. For the design of the interior and exterior areas of the villa, the owner turned to the German project team of ‘Raum in form’, led by interior designer Kerstin Bertz. Outdoor patio on top The main house is completed by a large open-plan rooftop patio overlooking the stunning Mediterranean Sea and Ibiza town. From there, the spacious terrace invites guests to spend memorable moments outside, firing up the barbecue or preparing foods and drinks in the outdoor kitchen with adjoining bar. Thanks to the elongated fireplace, evenings make for special atmospheric ambience. Surrounded by sumptuous palms and olive trees, a spacious dining table offers plenty of room for open-air dining under the sun. The design team opted to match the table with the lightweight chairs from our Liner collection. Thanks to a powder-coated aluminium frame, the design of this chair is both functional and timeless. Liner’s elegant, muted colours combine perfectly with the sleek and slender lines of Latona bar stools. With its intimate edging, the airy look inspires ultimate serenity. Ideally suited for enjoyable lunchtime aperitifs or a place to sip a drink by moonlight. Relaxation on a whole new level The seating and pool area stands out because of its extraordinary design. Inviting sun loungers and comfy daybeds from our Zendo collection offer plenty of space for spending time outdoors. Guests who fancy a nice cool spot in the shade find relief in the comfy sofa corner. The classic design of the upholstery sofa concept is in complete harmony with the exterior space. Elegant Mood coffee tables complete the idyllic picture, while the clear blue sea shimmers in the background.
