Desiring a unique object for the emblematic dessert of his new restaurant, Yannick Alléno and his pastry chef Aurélien Rivoire, wanted Orfèvrerie Royale to produce a unique piece of goldsmithing on the principle of rickshaw ice cream. The rickshaw is brought to the table or on the counter in front of the customers for the cutting of the ice cream and undoubtedly participates in the breathtaking spectacle that is the exceptional experience of discovering this unique new restaurant concept.
