The Burchick restaurant revives the traditions of yesteryear with a very rural decor inspired by a typical barn in the countryside. A new restaurant concept focused on the benefits of the environment. For this, Francisco Segarra used very humble materials such as straw coatings, a sheet metal roof and terracotta floors. As for the furniture, it is robust and solid furniture that make this restaurant look like a farm. The colors are fresh and remind us of the products of the small traditional rural market in the area. Here, it is the chicken farmer who is in the spotlight as well as small dishes based on mostly natural ingredients.
