Tea set Fedor Dostoevsky

KRESTETSKAYA STROCHKA

Tea set dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the birth of the great Russian writer

To create this collection, designer Alexandra Georgieva was inspired by a visit to the writer's house-museum in the Russian town of Staraya Russa, in which a tablecloth embroidered by the hands of Novgorod craftswomen lies on the dining table. The stitch patterns "Norwegian spider", "tarlata", "snow flower", "lattice" and graceful hemstitch "bug" and "peg" give a peculiar charm to the embroidery. White napkins look beautiful on countertops of a contrasting color or colored tablecloths. during a tea or coffee ceremony will undoubtedly add to her wonderful aesthetic pleasure.A perfect gift for lovers of hand embroidery.
