The renovation of this typical northern worker's house allowed us to rethink its interior volume, bringing in maximum light by adding windows in the 2-sloped roof. To optimize attic space, the bedroom was installed as a mezzanine. The installation of LOFTNETS horizontal netting as an extension to the bed platform provides additional cocooning space without loss of volume. Another invaluable benefit of suspended netting is that it lets natural light down to the first floor. The choice of a black net with large, 45 mm square braided meshes enhances the net's transparency and makes the installation as light as possible.
