Shambhala means "peace" in Sanskrit and alludes to the pursuit of balance that guides the way we pursue health - combining modern science with time-honoured practices to harmonise body, mind and spirit.

Our Turks and Caicos wellness centre, located on a spectacular private island, has a calming spirit with treatment pavilions overlooking the North Caicos Channel. It is a sanctuary, on the opposite side of the island to villas and suites, with a light-drenched yoga pavilion, Pilates studio, and Jacuzzi garden.
