Utrecht Water Tower
Transformation for living
Following an extended period of dormancy, the Amsterdamsestraatweg Water Tower in Utrecht has been re-activated with a novel functional assignment. The architecture firm Zecc subsequently developed the design specification for its comprehensive adaptive reuse transformation. This intervention effectively preserved the heritage while maximizing the tower's leasable and inhabitable volume. Furthermore, Crearte Collection contributed to the interior furnishing scheme with their 100% bespoke Organic sofa model, integrated to complement the project's high-specification residential aesthetic.
