For the Fendi Flagship Store in New York City, Xyleia Petrified Wood supplied bespoke petrified wood tiles used within the boutique’s interior architecture. The designers selected a sophisticated palette of deep black petrified wood combined with warm beige and brown tones. This interplay of dark and light surfaces creates a refined visual balance throughout the space: the darker tiles add depth and elegance, while the lighter petrified wood introduces warmth and a subtle natural texture. The preserved wood grain—formed millions of years ago and fossilized into stone—brings a unique organic character to the interior. These natural patterns interact beautifully with the store’s polished finishes, soft lighting, and luxurious materials, reinforcing the elegant and timeless atmosphere of the boutique. The result is a distinctive interior surface that merges natural history with contemporary luxury, perfectly aligned with the refined identity of the Fendi brand.
