Our colourful candles are carefully handcrafted on the island of Java. Each candle is poured by hand using special moulds – a process that requires great precision and experience. The base is vegetable stearin wax made from palm kernels. This paraffin-free wax impresses with its uniform texture, pleasant feel, and smooth, drip-free burning. All candles are coloured throughout, ensuring they retain their vibrant colour intensity even as they burn, without any unsightly colour gradients. The candles are produced in a workshop verified by the World Fair Trade Organization, where the majority of the workforce is female.
