Fabrice Juan
With his two diplomas in woodworking and interior design as a base, Fabrice Juan founded his firm in 2011. A fervent proponent of the French art of living, he is inspired by classical architecture and is drawn to the finest materials, to customisation and to collaboration with exceptional artisans, much like the great designer/decorators of the 1930's.
EBISU armchair
In the case of the Ebisu armchair lies a rigorous essence, a duality between masculinity and femininity, capturing the cozy atmosphere of a private club or a smoking room with a captivating atmosphere. Like a beetle, its outer shell is covered in leather. Always very inspired by Japan, I wanted it to be similar to samurai armor. This armchair reveals a fascinating metamorphosis: its double skin can apply makeup as desired, sometimes exalting a feminine character with the softness of silk, sometimes affirming its masculinity through the robustness of leather.

Exquisite handcrafted by Portuguese artisans in walnut wood, the Mon Ooh sideboard presents hand-carved abstract elements, which provide uniqueness in every piece made. In addition, the monochromatic future classic sideboard features four aged brushed brass spheres feet.

The two depend on each other so naturally, it is almost as if they are dependent on each other. They are now one. That's the essence of Equi. A versatile bookend made entirely of marble or travertine, it is designed to help or subtly counterbalance your books and magazines. Equi can be placed in a variety of ways, and can even be used as a sculptural element in its own right.
Fabrice Juan, advocate of refined hedonism
Not a day goes by without this interior architect and designer savoring the French art of living that he has made his own. Ten years working alongside Jean-Louis Deniot have sharpened his eye and enriched his palette of inspirations. In 2011, he set up his own studio and, in the process, renovated a series of private apartments in Paris. His style? Timeless, eclectic and graphic. "I'm very attracted at the moment to the 70s, a joyful, free and inspiring period when every fantasy was possible", adds the designer who has created a line of pop tableware for Georges earthenware, Memphis Colorplay-inspired totem vases and a collection of rugs for Hong Kong's Tai Ping. Models in tufted New Zealand wool, with colorful, geometric designs, give a painting-like rhythm to an entrance hall, dining room or living room.
