As Executive Chef and Director of Catering at the Mandarin Oriental in Paris, Thierry Marx, among the most prestigious of French chefs, offers unforgettable culinary experiences based on his unique style and experience, within their two-star Michelin restaurant, Le Sur Mesure. He also heads up his own boulangerie in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, where he offers a unique concept based on bread. Thierry Marx also works on projects outside of Parisian kitchens. In 2012, he opened the "Cuisine Mode d'Emploi(s)" center for intensive culinary training in order to foster the social reintegration of individuals living in economically fragile circumstances.
