Pauline Leprince
Pauline Leprince is the founder and creative director of L’appartement Paris. Her work is fed by the inspiration she gained from numerous artists from different horizons that have left their mark on her: Ingmar Bergman, Louis Malle, Patrice Chéreau, Sarah Moon, Tarsila Do Amaral, Niki de Saint Phalle ou bien Gio Ponti, Carlo Scarpa, Luis Barragan. The young interior architect and creative director first started as an actress and theater producer before changing to her other passion : interior design. A passion that does beyond form and functionality, putting down roots in a will to develop sustainable designs. In her work, she tries to push boundaries, constantly searching for new ways to conceptualize and produce sustainably. She gives great attention to details, materials etc, and orchestrates her work to skillfully blend the beauty of the past with an avant-garde modernity. she developed the concept and design of the hotel Le Grand Parc (opening in 2023) in the Perche region and created L’appartement Paris in 2022, in the Marais. She’s also been working with many other designers, and creating scenographies for nomad theater and artistic happenings. She will soon deliver Project 48 for the revolvr agency, in June 2023.
