This great-grandchild of Aimé Maeght did not choose the arts, but has focused instead on wellness. After graduating from high school in San Francisco, she fell in love with vegan cuisine, and trained in naturopathic healing. In 2012, she opened La Guinguette d’Angèle, an organic, "detox"-oriented catering firm. With the success of this venture, a restaurant has been opened in the heart of Paris. Angèle Ferreux Maeght has also, incidentally, published her healthy recipes in two books.
