Tendance Vintage @Daniel Rozensztroch

The term « vintage » encompasses several different elements: a new way of shopping, a rejection of wasteful practices, and a desire to participate in protecting the environment. This way of life reflects these values and breathes new life into things by recycling objects that would previously have been ignored and by searching through flea markets, basements, and attics. An ultra-trendy phenomenon!

ALL'ORIGINE

European Mid-Century glassware

These standing bowls and pastry stands come in pressed glass that is hand-blown in a mold. Available in a variety of sizes and colors, these European glass items (from Italy, France, Germany, and Central Europe, in particular, Romania), so highly prized in the late 19th century, have now been updated to suit current tastes.

“Tam-Tam”, the iconic stool created in 1968 by designer Henri Massonnet, sold 12 million units over the space of a decade. With its half-Diabolo, half-hourglass shape and its numerous colors, it keeps enchanting younger consumers, and the current Seventies craze is perpetuating its timeless success.

AIRBORNE

ARMCHAIR AT THE LODGE

Designed in 1938 by Juan Kurchan, Jorge Ferrari-Hardoy, and Antonio Bonet, the AA Chair was the first product launched by the AIRBORNE brand in 1951. A top-selling item, this iconic lounge chair in 20th-century design history is still being produced, and its seating comes in several different materials. We particularly love it in nubuck, for its natural, elegant style.

ATMOSPHÈRE D'AILLEURS

Medicine cabinets

Among the rediscoveries happening today, we’re noticing this antique Chinese herbal medicine chest in red and black lacquer, with a multitude of drawers featuring calligraphied labels. The current craze for trade furniture makes it particularly easy to include this in a contemporary living space.

These Chinese rice-paper lanterns on a wire frame come in several sizes and colors. This traditional piece, still in production and living proof of a venerable heritage, keeps enchanting us with its decorative, playful aspect and joyful simplicity. The softness of its illumination is sure to make your summertime garden parties a success.

366 CONCEPT

366 Metal Armchair

With this lounge chair, we discover the work of a Polish designer who is relatively unknown in the West, Józef Chierowki. This masterpiece, which, unfortunately, was not produced during the lifetime of its creator, illustrates a style typical of the 1960s. Lightweight, minimal, and comfortable, this chair is now being reissued and is available in a variety of metallic shades.

VICAL

Lezey sideboard

This sideboard is made in China using recycled wood from demolition materials that are over 100 years old. Its colorful floral and botanical motifs are entirely hand-painted. Its notched, cut-out shape makes it truly unique.

FS FRANCISCO SEGARRA

Malena chair

Here we have a wheeled industrial trolley in painted metal, which was used to transport and keep at hand small tools in factories and garages. With its small size, featuring three shelves, this portable piece of furniture will easily find its place in a bathroom or a kitchen, and it can act as a sliding table or a bar.

A.BSOLUMENT

Radio Vintage 30's - 60's

The shells of “TSF” radios, as they were called at the time, are getting a second chance using current technologies, harnessed by the team at A.BSOLUMENT. Their connected speakers thus feature exceptional sound quality. These radios are available in a variety of styles and materials, ranging from the dark wood models of the 1930s to the colorful plastic ones of the 1960s.
