AUGUSTE sofa
The Auguste sofa is an invitation to nap. Visually eliminate the structure of the sofa — backrest, armrests and legs — and keep only the best: the cushions. Why? For idleness of course, and as the name suggests, in an imperial format, size XXL. Auguste is also a question of material. The full-grain leathers and the caressing velvets, the feather padding and the blurred cushions that encourage drowsiness. Auguste is infinitely composable: a series of simple elements - angles, armchairs, ottomans and sofa ends, in different widths.
Louis XVI Armchair
With the uncovering of the remains of Herculanum and Pompeii, we rediscover Antiquity, and with it, the straight and pure line. The curves are lighter and the scrolls become more discreet, leaving room for more symmetrical shapes. Louis XVI chairs and armchairs proposed by Louis Roitel perfectly embody this search for elegance and balance. The oval backrest, in the shape of a medallion, delights the eye with its simplicity. The fluted feet are straight, like antique moldings. The Louis XVI seats charm with their sobriety and the authority that emerges from it.
